Play Therapy

Play Therapy (ages 3-12)

Play Therapy uses a variety of play and creative art techniques to better assist children to express their thoughts, feelings and experiences. It helps children learn to regulate their emotions, modify their behavior, understand the world around them, and become more resilient in facing life situations.

Playing is Fun!

Children love to play, and under proper supervision they can express themselves in ways that fit their very nature. In play therapy, children use toys to say what they have difficulty saying with words.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)

As a parent, you will learn to enhance secure attachment, attune and respond to your child’s needs, and how to effectively limit your child’s misbehavior while demonstrating empathy and respect. The interventions are learned through direct observations, and parent-child play sessions.
